Apple Find My–compatible Bluetooth accessories, including third-party Find My network accessories sold worldwide under various brand names, are activated and managed through Apple’s systems.

MagTag Pty Ltd does not have access to the Apple Account associated with an accessory, account-linkage or activation records, or information generated through the Find My network.

Law-enforcement enquiries seeking information held by Apple in relation to a Find My accessory must be directed to Apple’s Law Enforcement Response Team:

Google Find Hub Accessories

Google Find Hub–compatible Bluetooth accessories, including third-party Find Hub accessories used with compatible Android devices, are activated and managed through Google’s systems.

MagTag Pty Ltd does not have access to the Google Account associated with an accessory, account-linkage or activation records, or information generated through the Find Hub network.

Law-enforcement enquiries seeking information held by Google in relation to a Find Hub accessory must be submitted through Google’s Law Enforcement Request System:
